The Primary Care Initiative (PCI) is a not-for-profit, private foundation established to address the critical shortage of primary care physicians in rural Idaho.

PCI was established in partnership with the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) and Blue Cross of Idaho.
